The hotel has a van service for guests which is very convenient. the staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast room can get crowded, but the breakfast itself is good. Rooms are clean with parking available around the drive area. The location is central and offers easy access to nearby ski slopes.
Noise from the hallways can be an issue at night, so bring ear plugs to sleep.

Beware - reservation cancelled days before arrival booking cancelled by the hotel days before arrival 6 days prior to staying in the hotel I have been informed that my booking has been cancelled. the reason was "structural problems with the hotel". It turned out later that they actually had a bigger group who needed my room!!! As a replacement I was offered two hotels in France or a hotel 10km away from the ski slopes!!! This is very dissapointing as I have stayed in this hotel before and the staff are excellent. But would you want to risk this happening to you? In addition I have been able to see that Booked.net removed the hotel from there website and this was the only way that the company offered any sort of resolution

Great hospitality, friendly staff, very spacious rooms with separate seating area. Close to new Madonna-Pinzolo Express. Lovely view and setting and pleasant 10 walk to town centre.

Good location and restaurant availability. We were lucky enough to be picked up and dropped off by a van that was very useful. Being able to have a nice dinner even with the hotel being fully booked was a quite pleasant experience. However, this satisfied our needs for a one-night stay only.
It was very disappointing to receive a cancellation notice just days before our arrival due to “structural problems with the hotel". We had to find an alternative accommodation in the same area which cost us a lot of stress and inconvenience.

I loved the hotel's transportation services, as they had a van that took me around in this city. The staff was accommodating, and even when I arrived late, they were willing to make me dinner. Plus, the parking was incredibly convenient, with spaces available under the hotel and around the driveway.
Not obvious to find.

This hotel offered lovely Christmas decorations and a festive atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was well-stocked with fresh and tasty foods. the hotel was conveniently located near the ski slopes and had a shuttle service. One more advantage was the underground parking, which was especially useful during the snowy weather.
Our stay was far from perfect. The elevator was out of order for the entire duration of our stay, making it difficult to navigate the hotel, especially with luggage.
